Open all year round, Ballymoney Tourist Information Centre provides a first class service for visitors and locals alike. It stocks a wide range of brochures, leaflets and other material to help visitors get the most out of their visit to Ballymoney. The centre offers a number of services including:
- Local and national tourist information
- All-Ireland accommodation booking service
- Ticket sales for bus tours etc
- Souvenir gifts, maps, books, postcards
- Box office for Town Hall events
- Photocopying, laminating service
- Disabled toilet facility
