Incredible Edible Cloughmills Logo

The campaign to reconnect people and food, started in Cloughmills and operating for the last 8 months, is in the running for an award as part of the Impact 2010 scheme.  This is administered by the Northern Ireland Environment Agency and a group of young people from Cloughmills have made it through to the grand final in the Waterfront Hall.  These young people aged 12-17 are inspirational, working in the main growing area and assisting with the ‘doorstep allotments’ a growing basket of food delivered to almost 40 elderly residents in the village.

As well as their category, people in the area have an opportunity to vote for Cloughmills in ‘THE PEOPLE’S CHOICE AWARD’ where votes count!  You can help by ‘CLICKING FOR CLOUGHMILLS’

If you would like to help, follow these simple steps and make your vote count!

Log on to www.impact2010.info

•    Click on ‘The People’s Choice Award' on the top of the page
•    Click on the ‘CLICK HERE TO VOTE’ box
•    Enter name and email
•    List of projects is in alphabetical order so just click on Cloughmills!

You can only vote once from an email address but if you feel so inclined, perhaps you may wish to vote from a work as well as private email address.

This is a fantastic project and will continue to develop.  By voting you are showing that projects in Ballymoney are just as vibrant and imaginative as anywhere else.

Thanks for your support.
