Calling in Person You may visit the Council Offices, Riada House, 14 Charles Street, Ballymoney, (9.00am to 1.00pm and 1.30pm to 5.00pm - Monday to Thursday, 9.00 am to 1.00pm and 1.30 pm to 4.30 pm - Friday). By Telephone Our telephone lines are open from 9.00am to 1.00pm and 1.30pm to 5.00pm - Monday to Thursday, 9.00 am to 1.00pm and 1.30 pm to 4.30 pm - Friday and voice message is available 24 hours a day. Please ring either reception on 028 2766 0200 or the appropriate Council Department.
