Ballymoney Borough Council Community Relations & Community Support Programme
Ballymoney Borough Council can give small grants to groups across the borough in order to support Community Development and Community Relations.
A wide range of groups such as community associations, women’s groups, church groups, organisations and groups involved in community relations and community development work can apply.
- The assistance is aimed at locally based groups.
- The assistance is aimed at projects which involve all sections of the community
- Applications should be from properly constituted organisations with an elected committee (except in the case of start up assistance)
- Applications should provide evidence of the groups financial position at time of application.
- Applicants should be aware that if may not be possible to assist them to the extent requested, or at all, even if all the criteria are met.
- Applications will not be considered retrospectively.
- It is expected that the group will provide a written evaluation report on the project not more that one year after assistance is granted, indicating the allocation of funds.
