Citizen Advice Outreach Service in Ballymoney Town Hall

Causeway Citizen’s Advice Bureau (CAB) has been publicly appointed by Ballymoney Borough Council to provide a free voluntary generalist advice service in the Ballymoney Borough. The Council has made this major financial commitment through its Community Support Plan 2013-14, aided by the Department for Social Development (DSD). The advice provided will be independent, confidential, impartial, and available to everyone. Key advice issues have been identified by DSD and are based upon the needs of local communities. These include: welfare and benefit rights; consumer issues; housing; health and disability; basic immigration; community care and family and personal issues.
