Ballymoney Town Centre Management (TCM) aims to enhance the quality, economy and environment of Ballymoney town for the benefit of all its users, including businesses/investors, residents and visitors, and to increase its attractiveness as a location for shopping. TCM currently carry out their remit, through a series of development and marketing projects and initiatives.

Town Centre Living Area Initiative (TCLIA) January 2007-2012
Town Centre Living Areas are designed to encourage the regeneration of town centre by bringing private rented housing back to the areas. Ballymoney was declared a Town Centre Living Area in January 2007 and the programme runs for five years. For further information including an application pack, please email tcm@ballymoney.gov.uk
Castlecroft Square
Centrally located in Ballymoney's retail district between Main Street and Tesco's Superstore, Castlecroft Square provides the perfect all weather venue for:
- Trade fairs and product demonstrations.
- Food markets, craft fairs and exhibitions.
- Music and entertainment events.
- Other promotional activities or events.
Measuring 25m long by 10.5m wide, the 270m2 covered amenity site has been tastefully paved and roofed to a high standard, access to lighting and electricity, site secured to rear with moveable bollards, ample parking nearby, daily rates apply and traditional market stalls are also available for hire.
