Service Standards
As part of our commitment to delivering a quality service we have established the following standards which we believe are critical to achieving high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Assess full plans applications within 15 working days of receipt.
- Confirm acceptance of Building Notices within 4 working days of receipt.
- Inspect developments for Regularisation Certificates applications within 5 days of receipt.
- Provide same day inspection service if requests are received before 10.30 am.
- Provide by arrangement an out of hours inspection service.
- Provide an advice and pre-submission consultation service to developers and agents.
- Issue Completion Certificates within 5 days of satisfactory completion.
- Respond to reports of dangerous structures within 1 hour for normal working hours and within 4 hours outside working hours.
- Confirm postal addresses for new properties within 7 days of occupation.
- Respond to Property Certificates within 5 days.
- Maintain net expenditure within budget.
