The EU Programme for Peace and Reconciliation in Northern Ireland and the Border Counties of Ireland 2000-2004 (PEACE II) is a joint Northern Ireland/Ireland Programme. The PEACE II Programme will be delivered through five main priorities i.e.:
(i) Economic Renewal;
(ii) Social Integration, Inclusion and Reconciliation;
(iii) Locally Based Regeneration and Development Strategies;
(iv) Outward and Forward Looking Region; and
(v) Cross-border Co-operation.

Measure 3 (Locally Based Regeneration & Development Strategies) is delivered by Ballymoney Borough Local Strategy Partnership (BBLSP). The BBLSP is responsible for the following areas of work:
The BBLSP is a company limited by guarantee, with a board made up of 22 directors, composite of a statutory/council strand (11) and a social partner strand (11), which includes representation from the business, community, voluntary, trade union and agriculture sectors.
The BBLSP have developed a number of Peace II funding programmes that will seek to realise a number of objectives contained within the Integrated Local Strategy. The details of these programmes are available as part of the, ‘applicant notes,’ which are hosted on this site. These notes are constantly updated as programmes open and close, therefore we request that potential applicants check the European grants web-site: www.eugrants.org on a regular basis and also remain in contact with the BBLSP staff who will provide detailed information in relation to the programmes available:
