Ballymoney Borough Council aims to “enhance and enrich the quality of life for all those who live in, work in and visit the Borough of Ballymoney through increased cultural activity”. This includes music, dance, drama, literature and language, film, community arts, visual arts, traditional arts and local history.
The Council works in partnership with Ballymoney Borough Arts Committee to promote and develop the arts in the Borough and is a partner in the Causeway Museum Service which aims to preserve, interpret and promote the heritage of the area. The Council's Museum is located at Ballymoney Town Hall, Townhead Street, Ballymoney.
